RESOLVED,, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the purchasing
Committee and rejects all bids received for furnishing Uniforms to members of the
Department of Public Safety Police Department for the reasons that the low bid was
incomplete, second bidder has been deemed unreliable by the Uniform Committee
and third bid does not meet specifications, and the Committee recommends that
same be re- advertised and new bids requested*
