WHEREAS, an assessment for local improvement was
certified in error as being delinquent against a parcel of
land described as:
Part of SWl of M44; beginning on SEly line
of Ames Ave. 683 ft. NEly from original east
line of Phalen St.; thence SEly at right angle
175 ft.; thence North 69 57t East to a point
on East line of said V4 4; thence North thereon
to said SEly Ave. line; thence SWly thereon to
beginning, all in Section 27, Township 29, Range
22,
for the year 1960, said assessment to be paid in the year 1961,
and the above described property being owned by Joseph A. and
Lorraine'I. Pivec, 1384 Ames Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the amount of the aforementioned erroneous
assessment was $65.16 principal and $39.56 interest for a total
amount of 3104.729 and said amount, prior to the discovery of
the erroneous assessment was paid together with the 1960 real
estate taxes due and payable in 1961 by said Joseph A. and
Lorraine I. Pivec; and
WHEREAS, said assessment should.have be.en,certified
- to the adjacent property, described as:
NEly 75 ft. of Sally 150 ft. of NWly 175 ft. of
part SEly of Ames Ave. and NEly of Prosperity
Ave., of SWl of NWJ% of Section 27, Township 299
Range 22,
and the appropriate records have been duly corrected so that the
erroneous assessment has been properly assessed and the error
corrected,

FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution C. F. No. 207427,
adopted May 29, 1962, be and the same is hereby repealed.

Township 29, Range 22, and
WHEREAS, the above property is owned by Joseph A. & Lorraine T. Pivec,
1384 Ames Avenue, St. Paul 6, Minnesota and
WHEREAS, the amount of $104.72, being principle and interest, as shown above,
was included on, and paid with the 1960 Real Estate taxes by Joseph A- &
Lorraine 1. Pivec, in error and was in turn credited by the County Treasurer
to Delinquent Assessments and received by the City Comptrollerts Office,
WHEREFORE, applicant prays that the amount of $104.72 be refunded by the
Comptrollers Office of the City of saint Paul.,
