WHEREAS, in order to conduct the business of

the Water Department of the City of Saint Paul in the
most economical and efficient manner the Board of Water
Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul has requested the
City Council to authorize and establish a petty cash fund
for the Water Department and to set the amount of such
fund at $200.00 as the creation and amount of the same
has been recommended by the General Manager of the Water
t
Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper
City officers are hereby authorized and directed to
establish a petty cash `fund for use by the Water Depart -,
ment in the amount of $200.00 which sum shall be paid
from Water Department funds.

WHEREAS, in order to conduct the business of
the Water Department of the City of Saint Paul in the
most economical and efficient mariner the Board of Water
Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul has requested the
City Council to authorize and establish a petty cash fund
for the Water Department and to set the amount of such
fund at $200.00 as the creation and amount of the same
has been recommended by the General Manager of the Water
Department;
