]RESOLVED, That out of the Workmen's Compensation
Account of the General Fund, Lucy M. Schmidt, widow of Alphons
Schmidt, employe of the Department of PublicSafety, Bureau of
Fire, who sustained an injury on duty leading to his death
on November 22, 1961, be paid the sum of $36.55 per week,
payable every four weeks, commencing on November 23, 1961,
and continuing during dependency until the total sum of
$9,140.00 shall have been paid, together with the sum of
$550.00 on account of funeral expenses incurred; that $950.30
in partial settlement, covering the period November 23, 1961
to May 24, 1962, is now payable, future payments to be made
at said four -week intervals from and after May 24, 1962.
