RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of shed and
removal of miscellaneous concrete and debris located in the rear of 531
University Avenue on property described as except south 20 feet for avenue, Lot
23, Block 1, Michel's Subdivision of Block 14 of Stinson's Division of Section
36, Town 29, Range 23, Saint Paul, Minnesota to ALL STATE IMPROVING COMPANY in
accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal
Bid #3867 of said All State Improving Company, City to pay Contractor $144.00,
such-bid being the lowest and said All State Improving Company being a reliable
and reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to
draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to-execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
