BE IT RESOLVED, That the action of the Board of Water Commissioners recited
in its resolution adopted May 15th X1962, a certified oopy whereof is
annexed hereto and by this reference made part hereof the same as if set
forth herein, verbatim, shall be and it hereby is approved and ratified;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Soo Line Railroad Company be authorized to
make the necessary repairs to the Board's Filter Plant spur track trestle
and that the actual cost of said repairs shall be and hereby is authorized
to be paid out of Water Fund 23.
