RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwellings,
garages, sheds and removal of fences, sidewalks, steps, miscellaneous concrete
and debris located at 1229 Lincoln Avenue, Lot 25, Block 4, Stinson's Boulevard
Addition to St. Paul, 1245 Lincoln Avenue, Lot 21, Block 4, Stinson's Boulevard
Addition to St. Paul and 1251 Lincoln Avenue, Lot 26, Block 4, Stinson's Boulevard
Addition to St. Paul, Saint Paul, Minnesota to A ?, KAMISH COMPANY in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid #4625
of said A. Kamish Company, City to pay Contractor $1,450.00, such bid being the
lowest and said A. Kamish Company being a reliable and reasonable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
