RESOLVED, That it satisfactorily appears from the
pertinent reports of the Commissioner of Public Works and
Valuation Engineer, respectively, that the temporary ease-
ment for construction purposes heretofore acquired by the
City of Saint Paul recorded in Book of Plans 68, Page 45,
on December 3, 19549 in the office of the Register of Deeds
in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, and as Document
No. 345663, on March 22, 1955, in the office of the Regis-
trar of Titles in and for said County and affecting a portion
of the following described land in the County of Ramsey, State
of Minnesota, to -wit:
Part Northwesterly of Prosperity Avenue of
Lots four (4). five (5) and six (6). Block
three (3), Kiefer Park, according to the
plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for
said County;.
has expired, the temporary purpose for which the same was
acquired having been fully accomplished and that the same
should be discharged and released of record; and
RESOLVED FURTHER, that said easement shall be dis-
charged of record by said City's Quit Claim Deed, affecting
said land for the purpose of the release and discharge of
said easement in favor of the registered owners of said land,
George A. Kowski and Hertha D. Kowski, in form approved by
the Corporation Counsel and the proper officers of said City
hereby are authorized to execute and deliver such instrument
in the name and behalf of said City solely for said purpose,
the release and discharge, of record, of said temporary
easement.
