COUNCIL RESOLUTION— GENERAL FORM
WHEREAS, the Women's Institute of Saint Paul has
informed the Council of its desire to raise private funds
to improve Rice Park, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint
Paul is grateful for this further expression of interest
in the over -all cultural development of the City of Saint
Paul on the part of the Women's Institute; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Council approves and
encourages the Women's Institute in its efforts and will be
most happy to cooperate;.in this project.
