In the matter of improving JACKSON STREET from Grove to approximately
300 feet north of University and UNIVERSITY AVENUE''- from Jackson Street to
Robert Street by regrading, paving and curbing the roadbed and street,
driveway and alley returns; by constructing storm water drainage facilities;
by doing the necessary traffic control system work; by constructing an
ornamental lighting system; by reconstructing existing paving, curbing and
sidewalks; by constructing sewer, water and gas 'service connections where
necessary and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement under Preliminary Order C.F. 205211, approved
December 19, 1961.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above named improve-
ment as submitted by the Ccumissioner of Public Works be, and the same are
hereby approved; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be, and he is hereby
directed toadvertise for bids on this improvement.
