WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, by and through its
Department of Parks, Recreation* and Public Buildings, has
entered into a contract with H.J. Roadfeldt Company, which
contract refers to the plastering of the upper parts of seven
arched windows in the Como Park Pavilion in said City; and
WHEREAS, that as a part of the general specifications of
said contract certain insurance, to -wit: public liability and
automobile liability insurance policies in specific limits are
required; and
WHEREAS, said contract has been fully performed by said
contractor to the satisfaction of the aforesaid department; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the general specifications, which are a --
part of saidcontract, may be and hereby are specifically amend-
ed insofar as the limits of certain insurance policies required
thereunder are concerned, and that substituted in place of the
insurance limits required in said general specifications shal-1
be the following limits: under general liability, bodily in-
jury - $2.00,000 per person and $500,000 per accident; property
damage - $50,000 per accident and $100,000 aggregate; automobile,
$100,000 per person-and $200,000 per accident and $5,000 for
property damage; and
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the proper offices of the City of
Saint Paul are hereby authorized, in view of the within amend-
ment of said general specifications in relation to this particular
contract, authorized to make payment of the contract sum to said
H.J. Roadfeldt Company.
