RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the
Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall, in said
City, as provided in Sec. 1.07 par. 2, St. Paul Legislative
Code, at ten o'clock A.M., on December 27, 1962, upon the
advisability and necessity of the repair, replacement,
remodeling, or wrecking and removal of the two -story frame
dwelling on Lot 12, Block 73, Dawson's Earl St. Addition to
St Paul Minn, according to the plat thereof recorded in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
also described as No. 1032 Sims Avenue, because said
structure is reported-to-be dangerous and unsafe to life,

setting a date for hearing in the matter of the condemnation of the
two -story frame dwelling at 1032 Sims Ave., as more fully described
in the attached letter of the City Architect.

Gentlemen:
There is a two story frame dwelling at 1032 Sims Avenue,
St. Paul, on Lot 12, Block,73, Dawson's Earl Street Addi-
tion.
r
This building is badly fire damaged, and an attractive
nuisance to children and vagrants, beyond reasonable re-
pair, and dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property.
It should be wrecked and removed.
The la.st known record owners are Francis E. and Betty Ann
Young, 1298 East Seventh Street, St. Paul 6. Laverne D.
Miller is listed as contract purchaser. Banger Notices
have been posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public
hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the St.
Paul Legislative Code.
