Council 'City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: PAULI 445 City Hall, Zone 2 November 21, 1962 CApital 4 -4612 Ext. 361 Your attention is again directed to the 1% story frame dwelling located at 1587 Ross Street, described as East 5 feet of West 60 feet of Part North of said alley; and subject to Avenue, the East 40 feet of Part South of alley adj. Seventh Street, Lot 8, Block 3, Cruickshank's Garden Lots The building is 24 by 44. Vandalism and fire have wrecked the interior of the building and it has become an attractive nuisance and fire hazard, dangerous to life, limb and adjoin- ing property, and should be wrecked and removed. This building was referred to the Council for condemnation on October*27, 1961 and proceedings discontinued as the owner indicated that-he would move this building on the same lot and make extensive repairs. No corrective action has been taken and the building is in worse condition now. A Danger Notice has been posted. The last known record owners are Francis E. and Betty Ann Young, 1298 East Seventh Street, St. Paul 6. Kindly insti- tute condemnation action by setting a public hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul Legislative code. Yours truly, Alf d H.
