COUNj2iL RESOLUTION— GENERAL FORM
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and
Public Buildings has reported, in accordance with
Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of
an emergency during the period from November 16
to 30, 1962, which rendered necessary the employ-
ment of certain employees of the Department of
Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings for
more than eight hours per day or forty hours per
week in doing the following work=
Plan checking in the Bureau of public
Buildings
And WHEREAS, This emergency arose by reason of the follow-
ing facts and circumstances;
Extra time needed to keep this specialized
work up -to -date while regular employee
hospitalized.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the proper city officers
are hereby.authorized to pay the employees who per-
formed such work in accordance with the provisions
of the Counc it i s salary ordinance, Ordinance No.
6446.
