RESOLVED, that the proposed Quit Claim heed by City of
Saint Paul, as Grantor, to Port .Authority of the City of Saint Paul,
as Grantee, for thequitclaim. and conveyance by said Grantor to
� � said Grantee, of the following described real estate situate in the
City of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, to -wit:
"The Easterly 30 feet of Lot 1; the Easterly
40 fleet of Lots 2, 31 4, 5, and 6 and all of
Lots 7, 81 91 10, 11 and 12, all in'Block 1,
DunwelI and Spencer's Addition to Brooklynd,
' % according to the recorded plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the Register
of Deeds in and for said County ";
hereby is authorized, and the proper City officers hereby are authorized
and directed to execute 'and deliver the same in behalf of said City,
as Grantor, to said Grantee, for the specified consideration of $277,500
to be paid therefor by said Grantee to said Grantor;-and that said real
estate heretofore having beenia] located to public school purposes, Under
the control and supervision of Board of Education of the City of Saint
Paul, the ,aforesaid consideration for said Quit Claim Dead shall be
credited by the City Comptroller to School Real Estate Fund No. 1071} of
the City of Saint Paul.
