RESOLVED, that Dick Gregor be permitted to install and
operate a 39 –car private off – street parking lot in conjunction
with three proposed 11 –unit apartment buildings to be constructed
at the northeast corner of English and Clarence Streets, on
Lots 13 through 19, Block 16, E. R. Bryant's Subdivision of
Blocks 15 and 16, Stinson's Frances St. Addition to St. Paul,
Ramsey Go., Minn.., in accordance with plans approved November 5, 1962,
subject to compliance with the provisions of all ordinances
governing the operation of parking lots, sand to the condition that
the sidewalks-abutting said premises be kept clean and free of
ice and snow at all times.
