RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves tthe award of the Purchasing
Committee therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering
to the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, Bureau of Municipal
Equipment, 891 North Dale Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, fifteen Wausau Trip
Blade Snow Plows, to PUBLIC WORKS EQUIPMENT COMPANY, INC. in accordance with
City specifications and the Formal Bid #9028 of said Public Works Equipment
Company, Inc. at a contract price of $12,758.00, such bid being the lowest and
said Public Works Equipment Company, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable
bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is authorized to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials are hereby
directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
