RWOLVIM2 that this Council's prior Resolution,
C. F. No. 210017, :approved November 20, 1962, authorizing the sale
by the City of Saint Paul of certain real property of said City
therein described be and the same hereby is amended in respect of
the description of said real property so that such description
shall read as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, -and 1+, Block 5, Rice and Irvine' o
.Addition to St. Paul- Ramsay County, Minnesota,
according to the recorded plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Register
of Deeds in sand for Ramsey County, Minnesota.;
such being necessary to give effect to the true intent and purpose
of this Council thereunder and to provide against the consequence
of inadvertent error or omission.
