RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for Towing Services for the 1962 -63 snow
removal season for the Department of Public Works to BISHOP TOWING SERVICE in
accordance with City specifications and the Formal Bid #8971 of said Bishop
Towing Service at the rate of $8.00 per hour, total amount of contract approx-
imately $x,000.00 (more or less as required), such bid being the only bid and
said Bishop'Towing Service being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the'jproper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
