RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the City
of St. Paul, Department of Public Works, Bureau of Municipal Equipment* 891 North
Dale Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, One Four -Wheel -Drive F.W.D. KS 2 Truck with
Snogo MTR Rotary Snow Plow, to PUBLIC WORKS EQUIPMENT COMPANY, INC. in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #9021 of
said Public Works Equipment Company, Inc. at a contract price of $19,550.00, such
bid being the lowest and said Public Works Equipment Company, Inc. being a
reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
authorized to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City
officials are hereby directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul.
