stall 2 poles on bank of Mississippi
River for flood control station of 80
Custer Street; 1 pole on Dayton, west
of Virginia; 1 pole southwest corner
of Selby & Virginia; 1 pole on Stanford,
west of Hamline; 1 pole on Annapolis,
east of Harvard; 1 pole on Simpson,
west of Midway JParkway, with neces-
sary guys, anchors - and wires. Poles
and wires to bb removed when re-
quested to do so by e Common Coun-
cil and cost of said removal to be
borne by the Northern States Power
Company.
