RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Construction of the Sanitary Sewer in i
Ruth Street from Margaret Street to 348 feet north of Margaret Street to F. MORETTINII
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hlereto
attached and the Formal Bid 0 018 of said F. Morettini Construction Company for the
contract price of $3,985.00, plus $319.00 Engineering and plus $80.00 Inspection ;by
City Forces, such bid being the lowest and said F. Morettini Construction Company
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
t
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of '
Saint Paul.
