Whereas, The plans and specifications for Sanitary Sewer Extension in
9th Avenue from approximately 456' W. of McKnight Road to 7th Street; in
7th Street from 9th Avenue to approximately 370' south; thence in an
easement, (parallel to and-approximately 1251 North of North property
line of T.H. 36), from 7th Street to approximately 1151 East of center
line of Ariel Street, prepared by the Village Engineer of the Village of
North St. Paul and approved by the Village Council of the Village of
North St. Paul on November 5, 1962, and
Whereas, The plans and specifications for Village of North St. Paul
Sanitary Sewer Extension in 9th Avenue from approximately 456' W. of
McKnight Road to 7th Street; in 7th Street from 9th Avenue to approximately
3701 south; thence in an easement, (parallel to and approximately 125'
North of North property line of T.H. 36), from 7th Street to approximately
1151 East of centerline of Ariel.Street; have been heretofore submitted
to and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief Engineer
as being in all things satisfactory, be it
Resolved, That the'plans and specifications for the Village of North
St. Paul Sanitary Sewer Extension in 9th Avenue from approximately 4561
W. of McKnight Road to 7th Street; in 7th Street from 9th Avenue to
approximately 370' south; thence in an easement, (parallel to and approx-
imately 125' North of North property line of T.H. 36), from 7th Street
to approximately 115' East of center line of Ariel Street, be approved.
