the east line of the aforesaid lot a distance of 568.5 feet to a point;
thence in a southwesterly direction on a straight line
to the right of 310231 a distance of 400.9 feet to a poinnt�thenc:� one

39050150" and whose radius is 1432.69 feet, a distance of 297.5 feet
to a point; thence in a southeasterly direction on the radial line of

to a point, which is the point of beginning; thence in a southeasterly
