Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses
for
grading and surfacigg with bituminous material the alley in Byrne's Rearrangement,
from Kenneth St. to a point 20 ft. East of the West line of Lot 6, Byrne's Rearrangement
under Preliminary Order 196665 —,approved April 12, 1960
Intermediary Order 198512 , approved August 16, 1960
Final Order 198851 : , approved September 13, 1960 ,
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been, submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 26th
day of December, 1962 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the _particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
