Oftedahl against the City of Saint Paul. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the proper City ;officers are hereby authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to Lois M. Oftedahl, the sum of $195.20, in full settlement of her claim for damage to her automobile on October /+, 1962, while it was parked alongside the alley in the rear of her residence, 592 East Maryland Avenue, 6aint Paul, and was struck by a City vehicle driven by Joseph J. Capra. Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said clnimant� upon her execution and delivery of a, release in full to said City, in -a form approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustained by her in the manner aforesaid.
