RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing,-for twelve months beginning
January 1, 1963 and ending December 31, 1963, all labor, materials, trucks, fuel

and insurance for the Collection of Dead Animals, Reptiles and Birds in the City

of St. Paul, Minnesota and disposal of same by rendering, all collections to be
made within one hour after notification, to VAN HOVEN COMPANY, INC. in accordance
with City'specifications therefor hereto'attach'ed, and the Formal Bid #9016, for

the contract price of $7,200.00, such bid being the only bid and said Van Hoven
Company, Inc. being a reliable and reasonable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the.',' -
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul.
