RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works
is hereby authorized and directed to execute an Electric
Service Agreement with Northern States Power Company for
supplying necessary service for the operation of electric
equipment now installed or to be installed by the City of
Saint Paul on the property known as Chester Flood Pumping
Station located at 25 Chester Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota,
said pum�.ng station being a part of the flood protection works
now under construction by the United States Corps of Engineers.
