is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court of the County of Ramsey for confirmation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That th6 said assessment be and it is hereby determined to be payable

The Commissioner of Finance hereby ; reports to the Council the following as a statement of the ex-
penditures necessarily incurred for and in connection with the making of the above improvement, viz:

Said Commissioner further reports that he has assessed and levied the total amount as above aseer-
tained, to -wit: the sum of $ 19,868.43 upon each and every lot, part or parcel of land deemed
benefited by the said improvement, and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with
the benefits conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Commissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
considered proper.

M O T I O N
I move that the City of Saint Paul assessment roll
regarding sidewalk assessments, Contract 60 -M -210, Levy No. 1,
District No. 4, be amended by the insertion therein of an item
of assessment of benefits against Lot 6, Block 1, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 32 St. Paul, Minn., in the amount of $114.58
and by the reduction of the assessment of benefits therein of
$57.28 against Lot 11, Block 11 Auditor's Subdivision No. 32,
and by the reduction of the assessment of benefits therein of
$57.30 against Lot 5, Block 1, Auditor's Subdivision No. 32,
so that thereunder the assessment of benefits against said
Lot 11 shall be no more than $184.82 and the assessment of
benefits against said Lot 5 shall be no more than $33.90; such
amendments being necessary to give effect to the true intent
and purpose of the Council and the Commissioner of Finance and y
to correct an inadvertent error; and that the Council's prior
resolution, C.F. 210048,approved November 21, 1962, ratifying
and confirming assessments of benefits in said matter be re-
considered only in respect to said Lots 5, 6, and 11, respec-
tively, and only for the purpose of ratifying and confirming such
amendments to said assessment roll and the ultimate assessment of
benefits against said Lots 5, 6, and 11, respectively, resulting
from such necessary amendments.
I further move that the Council's action upon such
reconsideration be deferred until December 12, 1962, and that
the Commissioner of Finance shall give the usual notice of
hearing, in respect to the public hearing hereby fixed to be
heard thereon by the Council at 10:00 otclock a.m. on said
12th_day of December, 1962, by mail to the respective owners of
said Dots 5, .6, and 11.
