Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 1, Dahl's Addition,
from Nebraska Avenue south to turn - around, also constructing a sever in an easement on,,
under and across the south 4 feet of the north 28.33 feet of Lot 9, Block 1, Dahl's
Addition, from Dieter Street to the alley in the rear of said lot
under Preliminary Order— 196+63 , approved- -- March 29, 1960
Intermediary Order 197221 , approved May 24, 1960
Final Order 19i628 approved June 21, 1960

The assessment of for and in connection with

the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on gaid assessment on the 19th
day of December, 1962 at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
