The property is zoned commercial and has been since 1957 when it was rezoned as part of the Sun Ray Shopp- ing area.. The property which is now vacant is an irregularly shaped tract having a frontage of approximately 350 feet on the north side of Highway # 12 Seririce Road and a frontage on Pedersen Street of approximately 270 feet; resulting in an area of approximately 55,000 square feet. To the east is the Sun Ray Shopping Center and to,the south is Highway # 12 Service Road, otherwise the area is vacant-. The Traffic Engineer has reviewed and approved the plan which meets the standards for this type of facility. Field investigation discloses no basic objections. In consideration of the above factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the granting of the application for a 40 car parking lot and a drive - in banking facility on the above described property in accordance with plans approved October 18, 1962.
