under Preliminary Order 209201 ;` approved September 21, 1962
Intermediary Order 209641 approved October 23, 1962
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it

RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is
Opening, widening and expanding the intersection of Minnehaha Ave. and Dale
St. by taking and condemning.a triangular piece of land at the southeast corner
of Lot 30, Block 16, Butterfield Syndicate No. 21 measuring 14 ft. on Dale St.
and 14 ft. on Minnehaha Ave. "I
and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.:
A triangular piece of land at the southeast corner of Lot 30, Block 16,
Butterfield Syndicate No. 2, measuring 14 ft.- on Dale St. and 14 ft. on Minnehaha
Ave.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plane and specifications for said improvement, and the proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to proceed th the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

liminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 209201
approved September 21, 1962 relative to opening, widening and expanding
the intersection of Minnehaha Ave. and Dale St. by taking and condemning a tri-
angular piece of land at the southeast corner of Lot 30, Block 16, Butterfield Syn-
dicate Addition No,. 2, measuring 14 ft. on Dale St. and 14 ft. on Minnehaha Ave.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
