to withdraw Application G-7224 for Restaurant, Off Sale Malt Beverage,
Tavern and Cigarette licenses at 488 -92 St. Peter Street and requests the
return of the - license fee deposited
thereon, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city
officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund
to Gerald E. Miller Administrator of the Estate of George N. Miller the
fees of $ 157.00 and
to cancel said
application for licenses.
