authorized and directed to pay from the Permanent Revolving Fund, Code
3001, the portion of the costs of sidewalk construction expended under
the 1960 Sidewalk Contract, L -6187, District No. 1, Levy No. 8, the

above' amount of $ 2,3 3227, said Permanent Revolving Fund to be reim-
bursed from the Local Improvement Fund 31E -1 (1961) in the amount of
28 4,53., and from said Local Improvement Fund 31E -1 (1962), the sum
