and Kathleen P. Wolter at 436- 3versity Avenue, be and the same is hereby
granted, that the bond filed by the licensee is hereby approved, and the
City clerk shall issue said license when the bond filed by the licensee has
been approved by the Liquor Control Commissioner and the Liquor Control
Commissioner advises the City Clerk that he approved the issuance of the`
