of the General Fund, weekly compensation of $45.00 be paid
Ross H. Mason while he is totally disabled by reason of
injuries he sustained on January 3, 1962, while in the employ
of the Department of Public 'Works , and that $135.00 in partial
settlement, to and including January 24, 19629 is now payable.
