J. Fitzgerald, Clerk of District Court, Second Judicial District, Ramsey County, Minnesota, to be paid to the United States Government upon their establishment of said lien claim satisfactory to the Court, in the amount of $3,205.x+3, which represents the amount due for appplication to said lien claim after deductions in the amount of $4,29+.57 have been made from the original award of $7,500.00 as confirmed and ratified by the City by the City Council on July 26, 1961, by Council File No. 203208, said deduction of $4,294-57 representing federal and state deed taxes, filing fees for satisfaction of mortgage and individual to individual deed, delinquent taxes on said property for the years 1959 and 1960 and mortgage principal and interest on mortgage affecting said property.
