All that part of Lot 16, Block 13, "Ashton and
Sherburne's Addition to Saint Paul" described
as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner
of said Lot 16, thence west along the northerly
line of said Lot 16, 90.82 feet; thence at an
angle to-the left 770+71, 44.16 feet; thence
easterly 90.77 feet to a point on the easterly line
of said Lot 16, 57.33 feet southerly of the northeast
corner of said Lot 16; thence northerly along the
easterly line of said Lot 16, 57.33 feet to the place
of beginning;
and that no action has been taken to establish said lien claim;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a warrant be drawn in favor of E. J. Fitzgerald,
Clerk of District Court, Second Judicial District, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, to be paid to the United States Government upon their
establishment of said lien claim satisfactory to the Court, in the
amount of $3,205.x+3, which represents the amount due for appplication
to said lien claim after deductions in the amount of $4,29+.57 have
been made from the original award of $7,500.00 as confirmed and
ratified by the City by the City Council on July 26, 1961, by
Council File No. 203208, said deduction of $4,294-57 representing
federal and state deed taxes, filing fees for satisfaction of
mortgage and individual to individual deed, delinquent taxes on said
property for the years 1959 and 1960 and mortgage principal and
interest on mortgage affecting said property.
