WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the
Improvement described as the Grading of MCAFEE STREET from
Hoyt Avenue to Larpenteur Avenue and a Storm Sewer, Comp-
troller's Contract L- 6356 -A, Beatson and Kelly, Inc., con-
tractor, have been provided for-in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
Addition:
ADDITION: 8 - 4 foot precast curb sections - -
for 3C catchbasins 0 $16.50 1132,20., and
WHEREAS, the total addition is 0 132.00, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED-,.that the City of St. Paul through it's City Council,
approves /the - foregoing Addition made in accordance with the
Specifications in -the sum of 0 132.00., said amount to be added
to the lump sum - consideration -name n the contract, known as
Comptroller's Contract L- 6356 -A, and which sum id to be asses-
sed against the benefited property.
The Commissioner of public works has agreed with -the
above named contrac for that , the sum of ' 13 2.02.00_ 1s the correct
amount to be added to the above contract.
