W ERFAS, The Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans for the improvement
of a part of Trunk Highway No. 111 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 5 within the
corporate limits of the City of St. Paul, on West Seventh St. from approximately
600' West of Wheeler Ave. to 'Wheeler Ave.; and
WHEREAS, Said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6201 -12
(T.H- 5 =111), Sheet 11R of 73, and dated Dec. 20, 1961; and
WHEREAS, Copies of said plans as so, dated, marked, labeled and identified are
also on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, The term "said plans" as hereinafter used in the body of this resolu-
tion shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans in
the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described;
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, That said plans for the improvement of Trunk Highway
Number 111 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 5 within the limits of the City of
St. Paul be and the same hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the elevations and grades as shown in said plans
be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to any and all changes
in grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk Highway Number 111 renumbered
as Trunk Highway Number 5 in accordance with said plans.
