Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to
Janette M. Murphy, the sum of 57 in full settlement of her
claim against the City, arising from damage to her vehicle on
December 10, 1961, while it was parked on Hunt Place in Saint
i
Paul and was struck by a. City vehicle driven by Edwin J. Paul, Sr..
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant
upon execution and delivery of a, release in full to the City,
in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all
damages sustained in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days .after its passage, approval., and publication.

An ordinance settling the claim of
Janette M. Murphy against the City of Saint
Paul.
THE COMM= OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the propn City officers are hereby
