RESOLVED, that the proposed grant of easement by
The Saint Paul Union Depot Company, Grantor, to
the City of Saint Paul, Grantee, for the installation,
operation, repair, replacement and maintenance of certain
electric street lighting fixtures and appurtenances in and
upon the property of the grantor, to -wit: in and upon a
certain railroad viaduct, being the property of the grantor,
at its intersection with Jackson Street, in the City of
Saint Paul, according to the terms therein set forth, be
and the same hereby is accepted and the Commissioner of
Public Utilities hereby is authorized to endorse said City's
formal acceptance of said easement upon the pertinent in-
strument of grant.
