and Citarette Licenses No. 34, all ex -Aring June 21, 1962, issued
to James R. Robertson at 205 Forbes Avenue, be and the same are
hereby revoked upon the Recommendation of the Bureau of Police
because of the arrest of the licensee, James R. Robertson and
Donna H. Meyers, an employe, on the charge of Possession of Liquor
For Consumption in a 3.2 Place, being sent to court thereon, pleading
guilty thereo and sentenced to $ 50.00 fine or 5 days.
