Gentlemen And Madams
Armor -Coat Finishing Co., Inc., are requesting a permit
to erect two hundred feet of six foot high chain link secur-
ity fence around their property at 865 West Water Street.
Our inspector advises that this fence will not be objection-
able.
It is therefore recommended that the Building Bureau be
authorized to issue a permit for this structure.

Dear Sir:
January 4, 1962
In regard to your letter of January 3, 1962, we are cooperating in I
the matter of the six foot high chain link fence. When we were informed
by your previous letter that council action was required in the issueing
of the permit for the construction of security fence on our property, we
did formerly request this permission in writing of the St. Paul City Coun-
cil.
We are of this date awaiting this action, as soon as we are informed
either by your office or the City Council that this permission has been
granted, we will do what ever you require in securing the necessary per -
nits. In the meantime we have stopped all construction on this fence.
