RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with
Charles H. Stevenson whereby said Charles H. Stevenson shall
serve as a consultant to City officials on insurance matters
pertaining to the City, including but not limited to such
matters as the City's Health and Welfare Program, fire
insurance coverage on City - buildings, burglary and other
insurance matters, as well as with respect to surety or
indemnification bonds in which the City is interested; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Council shall be authorized,,
as a condition of said agreement, to assign to Mr. Stevenson
such other matters or duties as it may in its deliberations
deem advisable; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That Mr. Stevenson's compensation
pursuant to such agreement shall be at an annual sum of
$8,100 to be paid in equal semi - monthly installments, said

FINALLY RESOLVED, That the Corporation Counsel is
hereby authorized and directed to prepare a rider to the 1961
agreement extending said agreement as hereinbefore provided
to cover the period of January and February 1962, and the
Corporation Counsel is further directed to prepare an agree-
ment covering the period from March 1, 1962 through February
28, 1963, and when the aforesaid Rider and Agreement have
been prepared by the Corporation Counsel, the proper City
officers are authorized and directed to execute same on 1962 .
