COMMISSIONER DATE
RESOLVED, that an error having existed in the posting
of the amount of the particular final balance of Local
Improvement Assessment for Improvement No. 5916 on the
Books of the Commissioner of Finance, in the showing
of an item of $140.06 instead of an item of 130.06
and an interest accrual of $3.59 instead of 13.34., and
George Pisch, as shown by Special Assessment Receipt
No. 04156, dated December 11, 1961, having paid
on such account, by reason of such error, $143.65
instead of $133.40, the proper amount has become
entitled to a refund to be made from the Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund No. 3001 in the amount
of the excess payment of $10.25; and that'the proper
city officers hereby are authorized and directed to
make such refund accordingly upon the'" r -eXea +f said
