'" .0mmended fav& w b�•?tr ; city Coilnc'tc, baa - =�T.7', WHEREAS, request has been made by the Postmaster of the City of Saint Paul to reserve a parking lot located within the City and bounded by Sibley, Jackson, Warner Road and the Union Depot tracks for Post Office use exclusively; and WHEREAS, the Traffic Committee on January 8, 1962 recommended favorable consideration by the City Council of this request; and WHEREAS., the Post Office has agreed to provide their own enforcement to eliminate parking by unauthorized vehicles; and WHEREAS, this permission is of a temporary nature and the use of the lot will revert to the City of Saint Paul upon the completion of the Post Office addition, be it RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that the above stated request is hereby granted, and the Post Office is hereby authorized to use said lot exclusively for employees of the Post Office until such time as the Post Office addition is completed, upon condition thatthe Post Office provide enforcement facilities to eliminate unauthorized parking.
