RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, material, equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the sealing of- approximately
150 lineal -feet of floor cracks at the h'funicipal Equipment Garage, 891 North Dale
Street, St.Paul, Minnesota,'to•R. L. COWEN & ASSOCIATES in accordance with City
specifications therefor hereto attached and-the Informal Bid #3417 of said R.L.Cotten &
Associates for the price of $1.33 per lineal foot, making amount of contract
approximately $199.50, such bid,being thelowest and said R.L.Cotten & Associates
being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials'hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
