RESOLVED,-That such being necessary to correct- an inadvertent error therein
and to make the same conform to the.true intent and purpose•of, this Council, the
resolution of this Council in the nature of a Fi�nal,;;Order, Council File 205,365,
approved January 2, 1962, hereby is amended to read'as follows:
In the matter of opening, widening and extending Elway St. from Montreal
Ave. to Shepard Road by condemning and taking the following described parcels
of land:
Lots 15 and 16, Block 7, Kipp's Glen Terrace Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota,
and that part of vacated Stewart Ave. lying between the east line of Kipp's Glen
Terrace Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota, and a line 80 ft. westerly from and par-
allel to said east line.
