PRESENTED BY
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Corporation Counsel has instituted suit
in the District Court on a disputed claim of $234.97, being
Registered Bill No. R- 18336; and
WHEREAS, there is a dispute as to the liability of the
co- defendants in that suit; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the office of the Corporation Counsel
is hereby authorized and directed to negotiate settlement with
the co- defendants in the amount of $175.00 and the City
Comptroller is hereby authorized to accept such payment,as
a compromise settlement of Registered Bill No. R- 18336; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior resolution of this Council,
C. F. No. 205242, adopted and approved December 20, 1961, be and
the same hereby is cancelled.
