RESOLVED, that the proposed Lease Extension
Agreement, dated the 28th day of December, 1961, (Lease
No. GS -06B -4500, Agreement No. 1) by and between City
of Saint Paul and the United States of America designed
to extend the period of that certain Lease Agreement
Numbered GS -06B -4500 by and between said parties, as,
lessor and lessee, respectively, covering the premises
designated as a portion of the Utilities Building, 100
East Tenth Street, within the City of Saint Paul, State
of Minnesota, for an additional two months between and
including the dates of January 1, 1962 and February 28,
1962, incorporating among other things, provision for
an aggregate rental and service charge for payment, -,
thereunder, by said lessee;to said lessor, computed at
the rate of X1120.00 per month, hereby is approved and
authorized and the Commissioner of Public Utilities
hereby is authorized and directed to execute the same
in the name and in behalf of said City of Saint Paul,

ized and the Commissioner of Public
Utilities hereby is authorized and di-
rected to execute the same in the
